When we start working together I do invite you to sign a small symbolic contract to yourself, basically contracting yourself to be committed to your life coaching efforts. It is up to you to hold yourself to the program... with my support of course.
You are free at anytime to adjust or stop the coaching relationship if you feel it is not working. And reciprocally, an important point is that I am careful to watch for when clients are no longer benefiting from our coaching relationship and thus would be better served by another coach or by another resource; at that time, I will encourage my client to make that change.
