All your material and communications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.

I am committed to protecting your privacy. You have my assurance that I will only use the information that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).  I collect information about you for one reason only: to provide you with the best possible service.

The type of information I will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number and email address.  I will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information I hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that I hold about you by emailing me. If you find any inaccuracies I will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which I hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. You need to be aware that email and other Internet communications are not secure and may be vulnerable to miss-delivery, loss and surveillance.
