Life coaching feels too risky
You can stop being coached at anytime! Coaching really is risk free. You are in charge. What have you got to lose? Your current state of happiness, success or balance? Why not try a risk free consultation, see how it feels, and if it is not for you, you will then at least know you tried!
My style is very experimental. I do not give advice and wont tell you what to do. We get you to make changes of your own volition and at your own speed. I am happy to kick your butt a little if you ask for it though!
Some people are frightened to pick up the phone or frightened to make the first email contact, some people are even ashamed of working with a coach. Do not worry, there is a friendly, loving, supportive soft-landing waiting for you at this end!
