Over the years I have recognized that the pastoral role that I provide to men is utterly unique. Men have few places to truly say it how it is; to be vulnerable and accepted. Not many men have a network of close friends to whom they can reveal their most intimate secrets. As a supportive confidant I can help you bring perspective to your life and your life situation. A non-judgemental listening ear may be all that is needed to birth you into the next phase of your life journey. We might talk about porn, affairs or feelings of powerlessness. We could talk about authenticity, love, or that inner sadness.

Life Coach for Men DIY self-work
A meditation that men can use to reflect on where they could improve their lives is called the "Self-Reflection Meditation." Here is how it can be practiced:
Find a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. Sit in a comfortable position, either on a chair or on the floor with a cushion.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Focus on the sensation of the breath entering and leaving your body.
Bring your attention to different areas of your life. Start with your work or career, then move on to your relationships, health, personal growth, and any other areas that are important to you.
As you focus on each area, ask yourself, "What am I happy with? What do I want to improve?" Try to be as specific as possible.
Once you have identified areas that you want to improve, think about what steps you can take to make these changes. Be realistic and specific about what actions you can take.
Finally, remind yourself that change doesn't happen overnight. Be kind and compassionate towards yourself and remember that progress takes time.
When you're ready, slowly open your eyes. Write down any insights or ideas that came up during the meditation, so you can refer back to them later.
This meditation can be practiced daily or weekly, depending on what works best for you. With regular practice, you may find that it becomes easier to identify areas where you could improve your life, and develop a plan to make these changes. Remember that meditation is a journey, not a destination, be patient and compassionate with yourself.
