Face to Face (in-person) life coaching in the London area
Advantages of Face-to-Face Coaching:
Personal Connection: In-person coaching provides the opportunity for a deeper, more personal connection between the coach and the client, allowing for non-verbal cues, such as body language and facial expressions, to be taken into account.
Environment: The physical environment of a face-to-face coaching session can also be beneficial. Being in a quiet, private space can help create a more focused and relaxed atmosphere.
Access to Resources: Face-to-face coaching may allow for the use of visual aids, props, and other resources that can enhance the coaching experience.
I have seen that both face-to-face and zoom coaching have their advantages and it depends on the individual's preferences and needs which one they would prefer. Some people may find the personal connection and environment of face-to-face coaching more beneficial, while others may prefer the convenience and flexibility of zoom coaching. We often mix n match!
Only a fraction of our total brain capacity is dedicated to verbal communication. Indeed, the vast majority of our communication with others is nonverbal, and a huge percentage of what our brains perceive from others is focused (even without our being aware) on nonverbal signals. To that end face-to-face coaching can be more rewarding for you; telephone coaching can follow once a bond is established.
If you live or commute in the Greater London, Cambridge or Hertfordshire area, one-on-one sessions are the most effective way for me to work with you.
What are your life coaching fees?
At this time my standard fee for new clients is £180 per 60-minute session payable in advance. Session schedules can be varied to meet your budget. I require an initial commitment of 4 sessions.
How long is a face-to-face Coaching session?
Typically each coaching session lasts for 60 minutes and is flexibly scheduled at a time to fit your needs at a location of your choice. I have found that from time to time longer sessions are needed to deal with deeper aspects of your coaching agenda, these are arranged on a pro-rata basis. I often work with people intensively where we hold several sessions in a week.
How often are the Coaching sessions scheduled?
Coaching sessions are scheduled weekly, every other week, intensively, ad-hoc or whenever you need them! Most people choose weekly sessions, but I am happy to work within your own budget constraints. Coaching relationships are customised to the needs of my clients.
Where do life coaching sessions take place?
How you use your time is important for you, I will travel to a London location of your choice. Venue and time can be flexibly arranged to work within your special requirements. Or we can Telecoach via Telephone, Skype, Facetime or Zoom!
No obligation - Free initial coaching consultation
Our first session will be dedicated to a review of your present situation and to get to know each other. If we then mutually decide to work together we will arrange an initial coaching commitment - usually for a first series of four sessions, and then subsequently by mutual agreement.
An open honest and completely confidential initial meeting will show you how life coaching can help you get more out of your life. There is no obligation - you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. If, when we meet, we do not decide to form a personal coaching relationship, your initial consultation will be Free! No obligation. Nothing to lose!
