Happy Campers....

"I contacted Lee six months ago as I was about to make a big choice to leave my job and change my life. I wanted help from someone who was not invested in my life in any way, and thus could objectively support and challenge me as I powered through that change. I hadn’t expected to enjoy the process quite so much, or to get from Lee so much more than I’d bargained for. Do not be fooled into thinking that coaching with Lee will simply examine the practical mechanics of your life. He has got me to deeply scrutinise the how, the what, and the why of who I am with searing yet playful courage and honesty. With lightness, a sprinkling of humour, infectious enthusiasm, and beautiful spirituality, Lee creates a clear, quiet space that accepts and queries what you will unpack together. His incisiveness has often left me gasping/laughing at the eye-opening revelations about myself. I am learning to become who I am and fully inhabit an amazing life for myself, and I am deeply grateful & happy that I chose to invest in this work." Consultant & Entreprenuer, Bristol

Lee is a good listener and will choose his replys to questions wisely helping you to gain another perspective. I would defiantly recommend to anyone who has the courage to look for more from life. Thanks lee." Electrician, North London

"The most valuable thing you have given me is perspective - a realisation that wellbeing comprises simultaneously satisfying a number of needs, and there is really no point over-focussing. Trite of course, and I knew that already, but you have really deepened my understanding of this truth. But the best thing of all: the belief that anything is possible. We are limited only by our own minds. Fantastic!" Senior Lawfirm Partner, Westminster

"'I found Lee a joy to work with, gently leading you down a fascinating path of self-discovery towards an answer or solution you were looking for, but may not have found on your own. I can recommend him highly." Hedge Fund Manager, Chelsea

"As at now, about six months after engaging in this coaching process, I feel good, and that I have made amazing progress in discovering/digging out who I am. I have resurfaced 'the real me' that had been hidden for years and am facing the new year full of ambition and determination." Management Consultant, St. Albans

"I felt very confused about which direction to take in life. Lee didn't tell me what the right answer was. What he did was to teach me the tools to realise what the possibilities were for me and then focus on the ones which really suited me. Thanks" Dental Surgeon, Farringdon

"When I first got in touch with you I was just looking for some help in getting promoted and making the best of a career I wasn't really happy with. You've helped me understand what it is I truly value in life, to rediscover my creativity and to start to believe that, instead of making the best of a joyless career, I can change direction and realise my dreams. It's been brilliant working with you". Partner Big 5 Consultancy, City of London

Video Introduction...

People often enter into a compulsive pursuit of ego-gratification and things to identify-with in order to fill the hole they feel within.  So they strive after possessions, money, success, power, recognition, or a special relationship, basically so that they can feel better about themselves, feel more complete. But even when they attain all these things, they soon find that hole is still there, that is bottomless. Then they are really in trouble because they cannot delude themselves anymore.  Well they can do, but it gets more difficult. Eckhart Tolle

Already Wealthy (in the money sense of the word!)

Balanced? Happy? Lonely?  Bookshelf full of self-help books? Deep-seated sense of lack or incompleteness?  Intense craving, wanting, needing.

We have all heard about the "I have plenty of money, I have everything I need, I buy anything I want, I am so lonely, I am so unhappy" syndrome; money cant buy love, money can't buy happiness etc.  If you have already found monetary wealth in your life, it will serve you to avoid the delusional trap that you can buy your way to happiness.  As a life coach I would urge you to use your good fortune in this life as a secure bedrock that can propel you towards authentic happiness.  Coaching is very good at exposing your True Self, and using your monetary worth, we can plot a supported trajectory towards achieving real happiness, life balance and connectedness in this world.  Why not try some intensive life coaching to get you started.  Life coaching is fun and with your concerted commitment to a program of change, you will really feel better about life. I have a lot of experience of working and doing business with very wealthy people.

Already Successful

Go further!  Use your success as a bedrock to go further in your creative pursuits, go deeper into your being.  When we reach the top of one ladder we start to look for a new one to climb!  Why is that? Another trend I see, is that successful people decide that having been there, they do not want to stay there?  Coaching can help you de-velocitize, simplify, get more profound, even drop out!  There is so much more to life than chasing the next self-gratifying business success.  How about feeling completely comfortable doing nothing?  I mean completely at ease with just your Self.  How many of us are completely at ease just Being?  Or just Being where you are right now? Now there is a challenge. How about becoming a philanthropist? I can help. Even successful people have dreams. I have a lot of experience of working and doing business with very successful  people.

Already Happy

In the seed of our human spirit, there is nothing quite like perpetual happiness; with happiness comes peace, joy, trust and liberty.  You now have an opportunity to use your happiness as a foundation for deeper spiritual growth,  to further get in touch with who you really are.  Perhaps a life coach could help you find new ways to spread your happiness around?  Or how about using happiness in alchemy -- converting your base happiness into success in other areas of your life?  Or perhaps it is time to just Be.  Just Be Happy.  Ever tried just being?  It is very rewarding.  Only you will know if you need a coach!  I wish I could say that I have lots of experience coaching already-happy people! They are a rare bunch!

Even though I can afford one, I do not need a life coach, I am above it or I am uncomfortable with the idea of working with a life coach

Our ego dwells in a realm called our comfort zone. The other side of the tall wall surrounding our comfort zone is the field of endless possibilities.  To wander in that field requires that we take down the wall -- that requires change.  Change requires courage and fearlessness.  But our ego likes things comfortably just the way they are, and is effectively the guardian of the wall.  Every time you consider going out of your comfort zone, your ego fortifies the wall -- so it can keep comfortable.  So your ego says Whoa! Change... I do not need a life coach. Life is strange hey!

Deep down inside, something within, I call it your True Self, is "interested" in the notion of life coaching, that is why you are reading and researching the concept.  So perhaps your Self is looking for help?  Help to change the way things are, because deep down they do not feel right?  Try coaching you may be surprised!  Read feedback from other clients.

Many of my clients are hard working, productive, intelligent capable people living full-lives. They are in-tune with their growth and are always interested in strategies to be more purposeful, passionate and peaceful. They use our coaching relationship as an effective, challenging, positive way to deal with life's dips, lulls, uncertainties and energy drains.  Together we evolve juicy strategies to continue feeling worthy and Alive. I partner with intelligent people and couples who want to excel at their passions, gifts and talents in a way that brings them success, life balance and happiness.
